Occupational Therapy

Occupational Therapy is a skilled health care profession that helps individuals of all ages participate in meaningful activities (occupations). We want each individual we support to live life to the fullest. Occupational Therapy practitioners embrace the person-centered approach of OPG, Inc. We believe in a model that looks at the person, environment, occupations, and the execution of daily activities, with the individual being the center of what we do in each therapy session.

Meet the Team!

Dr. Jess Littrell

O.T.D., O.T.R./L

Dr. Jess was born and raised in Salt Lake City, Utah. After moving to Indiana, she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Indiana University Kokomo. She then went on to attain her doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from Indiana Wesleyan University.Throughout her graduate education Jess gained clinical skills working in settings such as skilled nursing facilities, pediatric outpatient clinics, orthopedic clinics, and rural Alaskan settings.While Jess concluded her doctoral residency with O.P.G., Inc., she completed a “feasibility” study of how Occupational Therapy can be implemented within the organization.In December of 2019, Dr. Jess became O.P.G., Inc.’s Director of Occupational Therapy.Jess strongly supports the mission, vision, and values of O.P.G. in her professional and personal life. Outside of work, Jess enjoys being outdoors with her family and three dogs.
