In the Know - Brady Edwards, a Delta High School student in Muncie, IN, was born with cerebral palsy on July 23th 2000. After being officially diagnosed several months later when he couldn't open his right fist, it was determined that Brady was right hemiplegic.
Cut to present day, Brady is a two-year starter on his school football team - completely defying his parent's wildest expectations. “We really didn’t think he’d make it out of Little League. But we never told him that. He just kept surprising us," his mother admits.
Brady is aware of his limitations, but does not let them hold him back from his offensive line - focusing on the angles of the game. "All angles. I’m football smart,” Brady says. Amazing fellow students and teachers alike, he's showing no signs of slowing down.
